    Generate & copy

    Fill in your details and social profile links, generate your signature, then choose Copy linked signature.

  2. 02

    Add it to Gmail

    On desktop, open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a new signature and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac), keeping formatting. Copy linked signature preserves the links; a PNG upload does not.

  3. 03

    Set it. Send it.

    Choose your signature for new emails and replies, then Save Changes. Send yourself a test email to check the size and each social link.
